Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping. During busy periods (sales, holidays), processing may take slightly longer — we'll notify you if there's a significant delay.
Delivery Times
- Sweden: up to 4 weeks
- EU: up to 4 weeks
- Rest of world: up to 4 weeks
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the day your order ships, not the day it's placed. Since our products are sourced internationally, delivery can occasionally take up to a month depending on your location and customs processing.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you have trouble tracking your order, contact us at info@venusnorthpiercings.eu.
Customs & Import Duties
For orders shipped outside the EU, you may be responsible for customs fees or import duties upon delivery. These are not included in your order total and are the buyer's responsibility. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally happen due to customs processing, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. Thank you for your patience — if your order hasn't arrived after 4 weeks, reach out to us at info@venusnorthpiercings.eu and we'll help track it down.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error shortly after ordering, contact us immediately at info@venusnorthpiercings.eu — we'll do our best to help, though as noted in our Terms of Service, orders cannot be guaranteed to be modified once processing has begun.
