Return & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified, as we begin processing immediately to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please double-check your order details (size, color, shipping address) before completing checkout.

Right to Return (14 Days)

In line with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

To start a return:

1. Contact us at info@venusnorthpiercings.eu within 14 days of delivery
2. You'll then have an additional 14 days to send the item back to us
3. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll notify you of the approval status

Condition of Returned Items

For hygiene reasons, piercing jewelry that has been opened, used, or removed from its original sealed packaging cannot be returned or refunded, unless the item is faulty or defective. This is standard practice across the piercing jewelry industry and protects the safety of all our customers.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unopened and in original, sealed packaging
• Unused and unworn
• In the same condition you received them

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us at [email] within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no extra cost to you.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty or we made an error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene regulations, the following cannot be returned once opened:

• All piercing jewelry (studs, hoops, barbells, rings) that has left its sealed packaging
