Our titanium straight barbells for nipple piercings are 16 gauge (1.2mm thick) and available in the following lengths: 12mm, 14mm, 16mm, 18mm, 20mm, and 22mm.

How to Choose the Right Length:

Average fit (most common healed size): 14–16 mm

Smaller chest or shallow piercing: 12–14 mm

Average to larger chest, or standard anatomy: 16–18 mm

Larger chest, deeper tissue, or during initial healing: 20–22 mm

During healing, it’s essential to use a longer bar (typically 18–22mm) to accommodate swelling and ensure proper airflow.

Once fully healed (usually after 6–12 months), you can downsize to a snugger fit for comfort and aesthetics.
